Christina Vierra McGill brings over 30 years of experience as an educator and educational leader to her role as founder and Creative Designer of Synergy Educational Services. Her career spans public and private sectors and includes roles as a teacher, principal, director, commissioner, and board member—each one deepening her insight into how sustainable school improvement takes root.

Throughout her work, Christina has learned that the most meaningful and lasting change comes not from quick fixes, but from intentional collaboration. She believes in the power of synergy—the idea that when people work together toward a shared vision, they create a greater, more lasting impact. Her approach supports schools in becoming vibrant communities, led by confident educators and driven by the success of every student.

Christina lives in Montana with her husband and is a proud mother of three and "Nana" to five grandchildren. When she’s not partnering with schools, you’ll find her outside—on the river, in her garden, or traveling and learning something new.
