Our Story
Synergy Educational Services was founded on the belief that sustainable, meaningful change in schools comes from partnership. After decades in education, we saw that too often change efforts failed because they were top-down, rushed, or disconnected from the real needs of educators and students, and fidelity to implementation was a huge hurdle to lasting change. Synergy exists to change that narrative.
Why Synergy?
The word “Synergy” means the interaction or cooperation of two or more agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects. That idea is at the heart of our work with schools, districts, and organizations. We don’t impose solutions; we collaborate. We listen, design together, and support implementation through a menu of custom services to ensure change is change that sticks!

Our mission is to serve and support school communities, leaders, teachers, boards, and staff as they work to serve the students entrusted to their care. Our approach is to creatively design customizable consultation and/or coaching and implementation services so that all stakeholders' thrive while schools move forward.
