Testimonials

  • “Tina has been an invaluable mentor throughout my journey as a new director of an Early Education Program. Her wisdom, calm presence, and steady support have helped me grow with confidence and clarity. Through her thoughtful guidance, I have become a more reflective and empowered leader, especially in developing my leadership mindset. Tina has been instrumental in helping shape our parent handbook to reflect our mission and identity, and she has offered valuable insight as we work to strengthen the focus of enrollment for our program. I am deeply grateful for the impact she has had on both my professional path and personal growth. “

  • "Working with Christina McGill has been one of the most impactful parts of my teaching journey. She empowers teachers through regular classroom observations, thoughtful feedback rooted in achievable goals, and consistent, supportive communication. Christina not only supported the goals I brought to the table but also encouraged me to grow in new directions. Her guidance didn’t stop at planning. She was there through the execution, offering encouragement and practical advice during both successes and setbacks. The depth of knowledge she brings to her coaching has been invaluable to my development, and I credit much of my growth as an educator to her mentorship."

  • “In my consulting with Tina, I was able to accomplish many goals I have had set for myself and my school for a few years. I appreciated that Tina was able to guide our discussions and sift through my many ideas and create concrete tools that helped to enhance my instructional feedback and coaching to teachers. She took my academic framework vision and grounded the framework with meaningful tools which will support the systematic implementation of the framework. The tools she created for my team support the varied needs of my faculty. The tools support rich instructional dialogue and action planning with more novice educators and seasoned veteran educators. Our first semester sessions were so productive and transformative that we have second semester goals set to continue the great work. The tools will also be able to be expanded outside of my own school and will be used in our Diocesan schools."
